Stevens & Ward Information

ABOUT US At Stevens & Ward (www.stevensandward.com), we are known throughout Mississippi by our past clients and opponents alike. When you hire our firm to handle your personal injury accident, work injury or business fraud case, the other side will know your attorney means business. We aggressively pursue justice for our clients and are prepared to take cases through the appellate process and all the way to the Supreme Court if it is in the best interest of our client. To speak to our experienced lawyers and staff about your case, call us today at 601.366.7777 or toll-free at 800.264.4777 for a free initial consultation. COMMUNICATION We are easy to talk to. We are a lot like you. And when we take your case, you will be talking to a lawyer, Lance or Rod, and some very qualified paralegals. It’s not like a firm where you never know who your lawyer is or you are working with some ‘case manager’ who lacks real legal training or experience. And if you are an ‘after-hours person,’ Lance and Rod have e-mail with them all the time. They will answer an e-mail while riding a Ferris wheel with their children or watching their kids at a sporting event. Their e-mail addresses are lstevens@stevensandward.com and rward@stevensandward.com. Give it a try. E-mail them. You will get a prompt response. INTEGRITY We understand that our word is everything. When we speak with another attorney or ask a judge to grant a motion for a client, we know that the person on the other end of the line or the other side of the table will take our good word into account. So, no matter the situation, we’ll give you honesty. We’ll tell you what we think your case is really worth, even if it’s not what you want to hear. After all, the words we live by, and advertise, are: "Honesty Pays."
