Sterk Consulting specialises in water and environmental issues since 2002. Our team has extensive and unique consulting experience, particularly with administrative & legal, financial & economic and strategic & policy questions. In our view, water is a crucial element in the so-called environmental system. From that vision, we do our work. Our focus areas: - Water and legal issues: e.g. development of water (by)law, implementation of EU directives, water management courses - Water and economy: e.g. cost-benefit analysis, financial analysis, evaluation, subsidies - Strategy and policy: e.g. institutional development, management plans, cooperation agreements Sterk Consulting has experience in working at different management levels, from EU/international to local government and the private sector.
