So what is Stepsie? Stepsie is a cloud based project collaboration and management platform designed to help you realise your ideas! It is built around an innovative idea, the Step, where each project is broken down into key elements which contain discussions, tasks and files. It provides a logical place for every component of your project, keeping everything organised, so you have a smooth project flow and can easily get things completed. Where did the idea come from? Stepsie was created after exploring many other project management tools and realising that none of them were really providing a suitable platform to structure & manage projects. To engage in an idea, problem or business one naturally breaks it down in steps or key elements which are manageable, logical and approachable. This is how success is achieved across any task or challenge no matter how big or small. There was no service that offered this approach, so we built one! There are step processes in everything we do, so with Stepsie we wanted to relay this process into a simple intuitive platform. How is it different? Stepsie is built around the most effective problem-solving concept — you take a huge task and separate it into digestible, neatly organised pieces which you can tackle one by one and get done. As Gandhi once said:- ‘Have a bias toward action, let’s see something happen now. You break that big plan into small steps and take the first step right away.' It also has a super simple design & UI, even your grandparents could figure it out. Who is behind it? We are four guys (one Italian & three Australians) with an app that will make managing your projects a pleasure! A brilliant group of Estonian web wizards have helped us realise Stepsie and have done all the coding and graphical design. We are entirely self-funded, we have no big investor backing, just useful ideas and some ‘get up and go!’
