SERVICES TO UNIVERSITIES: Platinum Support: Dedicated In-Country Representation in Pakistan and/or UAE through a Country Head reporting to the CEO, to help universities build up their local visibility and/or TNE initiatives, understand the market, develop equivalence criteria, build up a customized marketing strategy and support stakeholder engagement including academic connects, government entities and agents (if any). Diamond Support: Exclusive Representation Agreement including all the above student recruitment services (exceptTNE) delivered through the StEPS team led by the CEO Gold Support: Non-Exclusive Representation as per standard agency model Silver Support: Consultancy for any country specific insights including TNE Advisory, strategy, headhunting etc billed hourly or as a success fee.
