These SPMs could be End Of Line (EOL) testers in production lines, automation of production process for productivity and / or quality, Functional Testers, In-Circuit Testers etc. Apart from SPMs, STEPS also does new product design and development with prototyping and technology transfer, production process enhancements, feature additions to existing products, failure analysis and design corrections to overcome failures, consultancy for QMS, consultancy and test services for EMC, design corrections for EMC. Training services caters to skilling electronic engineers suitable for a variety of electronic industries, training in a particular platform / domain for a specific industry, training working professionals or fresh recruits to enhance / augment skills in a particular platform at STEPS facility or at the campus of the employer based on a curriculum tailor made for the employer and as a training partner to Microchip and Texas Instruments, provide training on specific devices of these manufacturers.
