Stepping Stones Center treats and educates children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Downs Sydrome and other developmental and learning disorders. Its headquarter location is in Dubai, UAE, with franchises located in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Stepping Stones Center is a human service agency dedicated to improving the lives of individuals diagnosed within the autism spectrum and other related disorders where our goal for each child is a more effective, independent and improved quality of life. We have been and are guided by the principle that 'the child'​ needs and best interests come first."​ By keeping our clients'​ needs and best interests as our number one priority, all else will follow.
