Team Academy offers a 4-year full-time Bachelor degree called: the Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship. The graduates of Team Academy’s Bachelor degree are qualified to lead the creation of new companies or work on business development inside enterprises. In order to achieve these competencies, the students will Learn By Doing, work in self-managed teams and set up real companies at the start of their studies while working on projects for real customers. The money earned is invested into Learning Journeys all over the world.

After graduating, most students pursue job opportunities in the Randstad. The EU region is in many cases not considered, even though there are some fine employers with great career possibilities in this area. Main cause is the unfamiliarity of students with the career possibilities these companies offer. By organising a Collective Business Course in cooperation with APG, Medtronic, Océ, and SABIC, TALENT-QUEST creates the possibility for students to get an insight in what these companies have to offer. Current activities In 2008&2009 TALENT-QUEST organised three Collective Business Courses. Selected students got the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of APG, Medtronic, Océ and SABIC. By cases, interviews, presentations of board members, informal talks to employees at all levels of business and tours throughout the companies, the students got a clear view/ impression of each participating company. To help the students further in their quest for a future employer, the programme offered the selected students coaching and reflection towards their personal values and beliefs. Combined with unique life experience projects, this Business Course offers three items important in the choice for a future employer: # Personal reflection: who am I, what am I good at and what do I want; # Company reflection: Get an insight in the cultural values and career opportunities of the participating companies and which companies suit the student’s personal values best; # Real life experiences to understand what is your goal in your career is and where to explore it. Next Business Course In spring 2010 we will organise our fourth Business Course. Application is open for students graduating in the coming two years from one of the following disciplines: Finance, Accounting, IT, Marketing and Supply Chain Management. Only 25 students will be selected to participate on the basis of discipline, grades, extra curricular activities and leadership qualities.
