The Abilene location's 10,400 sq.ft. facility easily meets the ever increasing issue of food safety as wild game is processed in a 2400 sq. ft. refrigerated cutting room with an additional 2000 sq.ft. freezer room. More than 5500 deer, elk, and hogs are processed each year with emphasis being placed on the quality and safety of the processing procedure over the quantity of animals being processed.
