We enable educators to step up and lead – building a flexible, inclusive and diverse education system. We were born out of the need for the education system to enable a better experience of leadership and career development within the sector. We know recruitment and retention are key issues within education and we wanted to make leadership more accessible, manageable and attractive for those wishing to develop their career in education. We are a grassroots leadership network and social enterprise for educators looking to develop their career, particularly in leadership. We know that leadership can be both a lonely but exciting prospect. We want to make educational leadership more accessible, diverse and flexible.
