STEM·E Youth Career Development Program Information

STEM·E is an experiential youth career development organization dedicated to helping students gain meaningful real-world experience before their first job. We develop the next generation of leaders by providing accessible career experiences, professional mentorship, and workforce readiness opportunities that use STEM and entrepreneurship to build the problem-solving, leadership, and professional skills students need to succeed. Unlike traditional education or STEM enrichment programs focused primarily on technical instruction, STEM·E emphasizes experiential learning through collaborative team environments that mirror real-world organizations and workplaces.
