What started as a very small off-site catering company, Stellar Catering now operates out of a fullly licensed commercial kitchen in central Phoenix and has had the opportunity to cater to hundreds of small and large companies, including many of the Fortune 500. Nichole Noonkester, our catering director, is also the owner's daughter. Nichole brings several years of catering and restaurant experience to the business, making her one of the most talented, efficient and organized event planners in the industry. Our executive chef, Mike Gradowski, is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. As a catering, restaurant and private chef veteran, his food, knowledge and command of our talented kitchen staff is unsurpassed. Still today, Stellar Catering's overall goal is, "treat our customers like family and provide great food and customer service for every event".
