Steinemann & Company was founded by Frank Steinemann in 1979 and has specialized in real estate ownership, brokerage, management and development for nearly 40 years. Throughout his career, Mr. Steinemann has built developments that have won numerous awards in recognition of quality and restoration in Midtown/Downtown Atlanta. He is also responsible for the development of World Commerce Center and Sutton Park, both located in the Jacksonville area. Additionally, he has participated in real estate transactions exceeding one billion dollars. Our office is located at Sutton Park in Jacksonville, FL.
