A whole-school platform that targets and supports your delivery of your inclusion, attendance and wellbeing statutory targets. Backed by independent impact studies, EEF funding, STEER's BETT award winning toolkit enables schools to meet their inclusion and attendance targets, demonstrating your universal offer for all pupils. Our flagship tool is STEER Tracking. STEER Tracking provides direct termly personalised feedback to both students and their tutors, improving belonging, engagement and support for wellbeing and learning. The EEF are currently funding a pilot using STEER Tracking to improve 16+ transition, retention and attendance. Independent studies funded by United Learning have evidenced that STEER Tracking improves attendance and student mental health, without adding to teacher workload. Indeed, teachers using STEER increase their confidence in supporting their tutees. STEER Tracking is supported by powerful add ons, empowering schools to evidence their statutory OFSTED requirements simply and easily. STEER takes the burden off busy teachers and delivers the outcomes that school inclusion, attendance, SEND and mental health leads need.
