STEER for Student Athletes provides mentorship, services, and financial support to ensure student athletes thrive academically and excel athletically. STEER removes obstacles that inhibit sports participation and replaces them with positive experiences that nurture the “whole” student athlete. Participants cultivate their academic, interpersonal, and social skills to increase their ability to become positive contributors in a global society while improving family and community outcomes.
