Wie is Steens Beheer? Sinds 1975 beheren wij onroerend goed en adviseren wij bij nieuwe investeringsproposities en desinvesteringen. Dat doen we zowel bij woning- als commerciële vastgoedtransacties. Wij opereren landelijk vanuit ons kantoor in Rotterdam. De meerderheid van onze cliënten zijn particuliere investeerders en vastgoedondernemingen. Als zogenaamd ‘family office’ is persoonlijk contact met onze opdrachtgevers dus erg belangrijk. Onze focus is altijd de lange termijn. Dat zit in ons DNA. We also do advice on new investments possibilities and divestments. Residential and commercial properties. We do operate nationwide from our office in Rotterdam. The majority of our clients are private investors and real estate companies. As a true family office we value a personal touch in our client relations.
