Steelhead Ranch Alpacas Information

Our farm is home to approximately 20 alpacas, 18 chickens, 3 barn cats, ducks, geese a Great Pyrenees livestock guard dog, and our house pet dog "Charlie"... she loves to play fetch!. We have 2 beautiful guest units in our log cabin style building. Whether you are visiting alpacas, rafting the White Salmon, or hiking on Mt. Adams, the Steelhead Ranch Bed & Brews will be a perfect place to stay. The time is approaching that we are going to be selling Steelhead Ranch. This is a stunning 7 acre farm with a custom built log home and a separate log structure that has the 2 guest units that we have been operating as AirBNB for the past 10 years. The nearly 7 acres has several hundred feet of high bank White Salmon River frontage and driveway access off WA State Highway 141. The property has fencing that is suitable for alpacas or horses and some of the fencing would work for goats or sheep. Currently 8 alpacas and 2 horses are kept onsite. There is a large ~30' x 40' fully enclosed barn with a hay loft and a large chicken coop with fencing that keeps predators out. We also have 2 connecting properties that will be an option to purchase with the 7acre parcel.
