Steel Resource started servicing customers independently in the mid 1990s. Our owner, Shane Maloney, has been in the steel business all of his life. He grew up cleaning machines and shoveling shavings, then moved into doing some machine work before finally moving into sales. After years of hard work he was able to start his own steel supply company and started supplying machine shops with steel before branching out into several industries and locations. Steel Resource now has customers all across the USA, Mexico, South America, Indonesia, and Australia. We sell new, prime, certified, and traceable steel to the oil and gas (API certifiable material for offshore, mobile and land based rigs), cranes, construction, automotive, aerospace, and OEM industries. We pride ourselves in being able to fill any requirement, for any application in any industry.
