Stec Groep is an economic research and consultancy company. We are experts in the market aspects of housing, commercial real estate, industrial estates, economic development and investment promotion. We work for institutional property investors, real estate developers, housing corporations, cities, provinces, ministries, companies in need of new locations and regional development agencies. Half of our work is for public organizations, the other half for private clients. We help our clients to operate more effectively. Depending on the client’s specific demands and situation, we act as advisors, researchers and/or process managers. Our work is more than just market research – we also facilitate policy, strategy and implementation. Independent, innovative and goal-oriented – these are our key qualities. We have an objective approach and we always say what we think. We aim to be creative and innovative, and our main goal is to find real solutions to the problems we tackle. We started in 1996. We now have 45 employees, mainly geographers, planners and economists. Our office is located near the international train station “Arnhem”, a city in the east of the Netherlands, and one hour from Amsterdam Airport. Markets we focus on Housing.
