STEAM PowerED services are designed to work in tandem with both high-quality instructional materials and high-impact instructional practices. We work with teachers and school leaders to develop and implement learning plans that keep student learning as the anchor of all classroom instruction. Our services focus on providing professional learning and coaching for teachers to ensure their instruction is effective and aligned with instructional goals: -- We help teachers access high-quality curricula to drive instruction and provide guidance on how to assess student progress. -- We assist schools and districts in developing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive teacher support program. -- We provide guidance on how to use data to inform decisions and provide hands-on support for classroom teachers. -- We guide and refine planning & lesson preparation for impactful and engaging implementation. -- We work with educators and leaders at every level to examine how proven instructional practices and research-based literacy strategies can support teachers in moving the needle toward student success.
