Steadway is a registered NDIS provider delivering high-quality, participant-centred disability support services across New South Wales. We specialise in Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) support models, community access, and tailored in-home supports designed to empower people with disabilities to live more independently and confidently. Our SDA and SIL capabilities include onsite overnight assistance (OOA), onsite shared supports (OSS), and support delivery across a mixture of 3+1 and 10+1 SDA support modules. We partner with a range of Specialist Disability Accommodation providers across NSW to deliver responsive, compliant, and person-centred support solutions. Steadway currently supports participants across Hornsby, the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, and the Hunter Valley NSW. With extensive operational experience within the NDIS sector, Steadway is focused on delivering reliable supports, strong governance, and positive participant outcomes.
