Save a Senior is a team dedicated to using technology to save lives. Specifically we create, seek out and integrate the world’s best technologies with the sole purpose of improving the lives of our nation’s greatest treasures: Grandma and Grandpa. Over 11.3 million seniors live alone in their homes, and everyday 10,000 Americans reach 65 years of age. As they grow older the risks of accidents and the fear of having to abandon their homes increases. Their families worry and the question looms, “What do we do with Mom?” Quite frankly, they deserve better. They’ve given their all for us, and now it’s time to assure their well being. Nobody should have to abandon their home unless it’s absolutely necessary. At the same time, no one should have to live alone in fear of suffering an accident and not receiving timely and effective care.

Emed Health exists to improve public health and safety by developing and/ or promulgating evidence-based programs that integrate public health initiatives into emergency departments and emergency medical services.
