State Construction was started in 1967 with the concept of building quality luxury homes at an affordable, competitive price. Our dedicated team of professional craftsmen presently build between 20-25 custom homes a year in the O'Fallon, Illinois area (just a 20-minute drive from St. Louis), with a total number of well over 1000 built to date. State Construction builds various home designs that range from 1800 square foot ranch plans to over 4000 square foot custom plans. New designs are continuously looked at and welcomed. Offering multiple elevations, styles and floor plans, every home is unique. Each has its own identity. That's because we don't force new homeowners to accept only what is offered in "fixed" floor plans. Instead, we make every effort to make YOUR new home what YOU want it to be.
