StartupCafe Information

We aim to be a fun and humorous place to go to for local startup news. We’ll be offering you an alternative commentary of tech, startup and social media happenings; along with announcements of jobs, events and competitions (all with a dose of silliness). As if that’s not enough, we’ll also be showcasing local startups and giving them a place to shout out their successes. The four of us met back in 2005 when we were all members of iCUE (Innovative Consulting, University of Edinburgh), demonstrating and developing our passion for enterprise and innovation. We’ve worked hard on numerous projects together and partied even harder. Given the choice of carrot or stick, we’ve all been trained to find our own carrot! We are very proactive with regards to learning, developing and experience gathering and are incredibly excited to begin this new adventure together.
