Start Up! is an angel investor for social entrepreneurs. We invest time, expertise and non-financial resources to incubate models of lasting social impact. We work with social change ideas across the profit and not-for-profit continuum. Though our investments are purely non-financial, Start Up! raises funds jointly with the social entrepreneurs to launch their ventures. We receive the return on our investment after our partners have secured their funding and the idea/business/organization has taken off. We also offer consulting services to mature social change models to support their scale and sustainability. Our portfolio of consulting services include strategic planning, business plan and business model reviews, impact assessment, development of innovative and scalable products and services and institution/organization development. The Start Up! team comprises professionals from the domains of business and social entrepreneurship and is located in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. In the recent past, we have worked with enterprises such as Zameen Organics, Swas Health Care, Ford's International Fellowships Program and Gray Matters Capital (GMC).
