StartingPoint Realty is a Chicagoland based residential real estate brokerage that solely works with first time buyers. We currently teach several (at least ten) free first time home buyer seminars a month. Locations typically include Chicago, Palatine, Schaumburg, Carol Stream, Naperville, Crystal Lake, and Oak Park. We are always joined by a mortgage lender and we strive to keep the atmosphere as casual as possible. We also publish a monthly newsletter called The Elbowroom. It's full of useful info on the different aspects involved in buying your first home.
