Start Professionals Slovakia Information

We are a partner of a strong, multinational group USG People N.V. Operating in seven European countries and with more than 90,000 employees, it belongs to one of the most significant employers on the market of Western and Eastern Europe. In Slovakia, for 18 years we have been one of the leading providers of human resources services in the field of temporary employment, selection of employees, payroll outsourcing and human resources consulting. Over the past years, we have built a network of branches, because our aim is to be close to all who need us in the shortest time possible. During these years, consultants have become professionals in the field of human resources, who are able to react to any request of clients or job-seekers. Since 1 July 2015 we have included three separate human resources divisions into the common HR group of Start Group: Start People s.r.o. (Personnel Leasing), Start Professionals s.r.o. (Personnel Recruitment) and Start Services s.r.o. (Outsourcing of Services). Start Professionals s.r.o. was founded with the intention to provide, within our search for suitable candidates, all of our clients and job-seekers with highly qualified and highly specialised services, putting an emphasis on the professionalism and long-term experience of our professional recruiters, researchers and specialised traders. In order to be as close as possible not only to our present but also to our new clients, Start Professionals has opened new, separate recruiting branches in Bratislava, Košice and Banská Bystrica. We believe that this form will enable us to better and more flexibly react to your needs and to again defend 1st place within the Recruit Rank Awards (2014). Within this division we mainly specialise on the services of Personnel Recruitment and HR Outsourcing services.
