We are a non-profit organisation backed by Czech technology companies. Our mission is to help grow the next generation of high caliber leaders by giving them early exposure to some of the best technology workplaces in the world. We aim to achieve that by sending exceptional Masters and PhD students and recent graduates from the Czech Republic and Slovakia for work experience in U.S. startups. Our value proposition is simple. SOur value proposition is simple - prescreened, high quality, experienced talent, at no recruitment fee with their visa obtained and paid for by StarLift, while candidates receive once-in-a-lifetime experience.
