While working for Lockheed Martin on NASA/DOD-focused programs, I demonstrated a 100%-proposal win rate, as well as successful program start-up and execution. I have also maintained an average win rate of 85% on proposals created for other small-to-medium-sized businesses. In addition to Lockheed Martin, I’ve worked with Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Boeing, L-3 Comm, Booz Allen, Lohfeld Consulting, and Shipley & Associates on proposals for Federal agencies like NASA, USAF, the U.S. Army and Navy, Homeland Security, the Department of State, and others.
