STAR assists educational and non-profits to strengthen their missions through securing resources, enhancing the organization and its leadership and facilitating strategic workforce development. The STAR team includes Dr. Bruce Ayers, Dr. Ed Hughes and Dr. Patrick Lake . With nearly 150 years of combined CEO experience and high level leadership on numerous non-profit, community, regional and national boards, the STAR team brings first-hand knowledge, based on a record of superior performance. STAR provides resource development services through four different stages of successful resource development: Readiness; Feasibility /Planning for an Investment Campaign; Major Gifts/Investments Campaign; and Planned Giving. STAR provides new and experienced Presidents / CEO's with guidance and possible success strategies such as: CEO Coaching; Strategic needs analysis and long-range planning; Budget analysis and development; Restructuring of the organization; Campus expansion and Cultivation of new leaders through leadership development programs.
