Stanton & Davis focuses on all aspects of real estate law and conveyancing. The Firm represents lending institutions, mortgage companies, individuals, developers, and contractors in matters pertaining to loss mitigation, loan origination, title certification, title insurance, land use, leasing, land development, zoning and condominium law. The Firm currently closes mortgage loans and provides title work for more than ninety banks and lending institutions. We are an agent for all major title insurance companies in Massachusetts in connection with issuing title commitments and title policies and curing title defects throughout Massachusetts. The Firm also provides complete loss mitigation services to national and regional lending institutions and third party service providers including mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy, eviction and REO closings through out Massachusetts. Our attorneys each have distinct practice concentrations so that the appropriate skill, experience and insight are brought to bear on each client's particular case.
