Collaborative CAD for live arts and entertainment. In your browser. If you've worked in live entertainment you know the friction: drawings scattered across laptops, versions named final_FINAL_final_v7, PDFs flying back and forth, and last-minute changes tracked in emails, texts, or the back of a pizza box. Traditional CAD is powerful, but it was built around single-user, file-based workflows. In practice that means duplicated effort, out-of-date information, and time spent managing files instead of doing the work. Stagecraft is a professional CAD platform built for real-time collaboration. It runs in the browser, needs no setup, and lets several people work on the same drawing at once, seeing changes as they happen. Draft in 2D. Model in 3D, parametric and direct, and pull 2D views and sections straight from the model. Generate equipment lists, hookups, instrument schedules and custom reports from the plans themselves, with the data connected rather than exported. Built for live entertainment specifically. Not adapted from architecture, not borrowed from manufacturing. Stagecraft is in Open Alpha and free. We're building it in the open and asking for feedback — if something is missing or feels incomplete, that's part of the invitation. hello@stagecraft.com
