Stag was the first California caterer to join the Zero Footprint Initiative which focuses on investing in sustainable farming practices through the agricultural supply chain. 1% of food and beverage revenue go to farmers who are transitioning to sustainable farming practices. We have collaborated with acclaimed chefs and iconic Michelin Star Restaurants including Mission Chinese, Rich Table, Dominique Crenn, Jacques Pépin, Betony, Mugartiz, Foreign Cinema, Trick Dog, Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio, La Cocina and many others.
