Stadium Performance is Boston's most comprehensive strength and conditioning experience. Founded by Joe Caligiuri, Athletic Trainer for the 2004 Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots and former Director of Rehabilitation for the Stanley Cup winning Los Angeles Kings, SP offers amateur athletes a preparation lifestyle that places you right in the middle of the action. Stadium Performance replicates the day-to-day strength training, injury prevention, and treatment of professional and elite college athletes. In conjunction with physicians, medical specialists, physical therapists, strength coaches, and athletic trainers, Stadium Performance grants athletes the opportunity to outperform competition, attract college coaches, and sign on dotted lines. This is your first step to exceeding all expectations. Stadium Performance Strength Coaches hold Sports Medicine degrees with a concentration in Athletic Training. Our Athletic Trainers (ATs) are health care professionals who collaborate with various physicians in the Boston area including Dr. Thomas Gill, Director of the Boston Sports Medicine and Research Institute in Dedham, MA. As dual credentialed coaches, we provide preventative services, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries. To become nationally certified, athletic trainers must earn a degree from an accredited athletic training curriculum with injury/illness prevention, first aid and emergency care, assessment of injury/illness, human anatomy and physiology, therapeutic modalities, and nutrition. As a compliment to an Athletic Training degree, SP staff members also hold Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certifications. CSCS's are professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance and preventing injuries.
