Stack Tracker is building the adherence layer for consumer health. For two decades, the industry has spent billions teaching people to track everything: steps, sleep, glucose, HRV, supplements, training load, recovery. The result is a generation with more biometric data than any before it, and worse health outcomes to show for it. The gap is not measurement. It is what happens between the dashboard and the day. We design infrastructure that closes that gap. By generating behavioral and biometric data through partner channels rather than waiting on legacy gatekeepers, we turn passive tracking into adherence that compounds. Real change, made repeatable.
