Stack Industries Information

We are a boutique engineering firm specializing in hard to solve problems. From microchip to UX, prototype to production, we’ve got the stack pretty much covered. Rapid Prototyping From start to finish, we can prototype, test, analyze, define specifications, and coordinate manufacturing for your product. Crypto Engineering Distributed consensus implementations require a systematic approach to design and development. Our experience in developing and integrating complex systems is what enables us to evaluate and recommend a mix of old-school and novel approaches to building cryptographically verified systems. With people randomly patching cryptographic libraries left and right, it’s the wild west out there. We can wrangle risks and leverage technology in a reasonably secure way. There’s more to it than just “Blockchain”. We recently designed a decentralized PKI with private key recovery protocols and Proof-of-Intent on top of a distributed API, and a decentralized accounting system with reputation-staked oracles validating Proof-of-Contribution, administered through Digital Jurisdiction. Information Security Computers run most of the systems people rely on everyday. Most systems are implemented completely or partly in memory-unsafe languages. Optimistically, bugs occur every 1000 lines of code. OS kernels contain millions of lines of code. Being reasonably secure requires constant review and testing to ensure integrity. Our relationships with security vendors and other individual researchers affords us a large pool of solutions and talent to pull from. Require the APC equivalent of a mobile computation environment? We have a managed OS designed for APTs. Need a datacenter to match your secure implementation? We have developed protocols with Private Military Contractors and Field Engineers focused on reliable and secure facility operation. Automation Engineering Whether it’s CI/CD pipelines, containers, service introspection, or self-healing services, we have over a decade of experience attaching robots to levers in large scale systems.
