For generations, our cellars have been found at the heart of rural life in St. Veep. With cider matured in oak barrels, our straw presses and traditional methods are unchanged over centuries. Orchards well stocked with Cornish varieties guarantee a characteristic flavour, whilst the naturally occurring yeast ensures a fully organic fermentation.
