St Johns Housing Partnership, for over 15 years has been buying, renovating and developing affordable housing in North Florida. We leverage our inhouse crews, banking relationships, foundations, government funding, private investors, land donation and volunteers to create affordable and workforce (early career policeman, teachers, firemen, nurses, etc. who can't afford to live in the communities they serve) housing solutions.
