St John'S Ce Primary Information

St Johns school is a one-form entry Church of England Primary School. We are located in Bethnal Green in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. We have a 25 place nursery and currently have 222 pupils on roll aged from 3 11 years. Many of the pupils in St John's live in the immediate locality of Bethnal Green, with others coming further afield from the neighbouring boroughs of Hackney and Newham. Our pupils come from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds and a total of twenty-one cultures are celebrated amongst our families. Pupils are indeed happy here, and we are committed to providing an environment where children can develop their skills and talents in a variety of ways. We want our pupils to feel confident and joint partners on the learning journey, as they become successful learners and develop to their fullest potential. St Johns Church of England Primary School provides a caring, inclusive and supportive community where every child is a valued member. We have high expectations and are ambitious for our children to succeed. We believe that people learn in a variety of different ways and that teaching should reflect this. We provide a rich and varied learning environment that enables our children to succeed and flourish now, in their next stage of education and in the wider community.
