SBTC is a non-profit technology support organization. We provide technology support and implementation services to other non-profits. We primarily support parishes, schools, and other non-profit entities in the greater Chicagoland area (encompassing Indiana and Wisconsin as well). We provide on-site technical support, helpdesk, network management, web design services, cabling and light construction for technology implementation, as well as planning and design of technology projects. SBTC services are available to non-profits, and we have a great deal of experience in many areas of IT support and implementation. We're very glad to provide ongoing support (membership, by our naming convention), or assistance with planning, managing, implementing, and supporting a single project. We can help with web sites, custom coding for databases and apps, wireless design and install, network troubleshooting, audiovisual, training and professional development related to technology, computer setup and troubleshooting, video camera and premise security, IP telephony, and a huge number of other IT-related functions.
