To create a strong network of like-minded, business focused individuals that will remain influential even for life after university. 2. Provide opportunities and valuable experiences to prepare women students to enter any business-related workforce. These include networking events, motivational speakers and skill-based workshops. 3. To create a supportive community of women interested in business by forming a network of current professionals, current students and WIB alumni. 4. Be strictly focused on helping prepare women to enter the male-dominated business field including the financial, law or public sector.
