Some of the features of Laravel are a modular packaging system with a dedicated dependency manager, different ways for accessing relational databases, utilities that aid in application deployment and maintenance, and its orientation toward syntactic sugar.

MySQL is an open source database that supports scalable web-based and embedded database applications.

Nginx is a web server which can also be used as a reverse proxy, load balancer, mail proxy and HTTP cache.

PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor is a server-side scripting language designed for Web development, but also used as a general-purpose programming language. PHP code may be embedded into HTML code, or it can be used in combination with various web template systems, web content management systems, and web frameworks.
