SRSH Information

SRSH works to encourage and enable students to run self help groups for sufferers of eating disorders. We value peer-to-peer support as an effective tool to break down a sense of isolation and build self esteem. SRSH works by helping universities or students unions to establish self help groups amongst their student population. SRSH provides support to facilitate student led projects. We work with a project from the initial design, through volunteer recruitment and training onto ongoing support to ensure their long term stability. Working with our established structure we can deliver groups that are effective, safe and sustainable
