Squirrel Scribe LLC Information

Established in 2005, Squirrel Scribe is a limited liability company (LLC) owned and operated by Daryl S. Henderson, its managing editor. Dr. Henderson holds undergraduate (Biology) and graduate (Zoology) degrees from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, and a Ph.D. (Genetics) from the University of California, Davis. Dr. Henderson did postdoctoral studies at two of Britain's foremost research institutes, the University of Dundee and the University of Cambridge. Squirrel Scribe is based in Stony Brook, New York, on Long Island, where squirrels abound. Dr. Henderson developed and edited three laboratory manuals in the Methods in Molecular Biology series published by Humana Press, a Springer imprint. They are: DNA Repair Protocols: Eukaryotic Systems (1999), Drosophila Cytogenetics Protocols (2004), and DNA Repair Protocols: Mammalian Systems (2005).
