During the past 22 years working as a Database Administrator, BI / SQL Database Developer, and Consultant, I have spent my time designing, building, and managing SQL Server databases and their associated reporting systems, in industries as varied as Business Information, Investment Banking, Insurance, Media, Recruitment, and Telecoms. My experience has encompassed the breadth of database implementations; from the production support of commodities trading systems databases, to the architecture and design of a global pricing platform database and reporting solution. Half of my career has been spent working in the City of London, and the other half working with companies based in and around my home county of Buckinghamshire. The database consultancy business was formed in 2010 to work exclusively with SQL Server Database & Business Intelligence related products.
