By developing mid-level and frontline leaders (the "shock-absorbers" of operations) through 1:1 coaching, our clients improve engagement, performance, customer satisfaction, and bottom line. Our sweet spot is small-to-midsize companies in the Denver, Colorado metro area with 40-150 employees (most of whom are frontline employees making less than $35/hr) and $4M+ topline revenue, with high growth potential. Our approach is a 180 from typical yawn-inducing classroom-type professional development. We don't come in with prescribed content. Instead, we come to you ready to listen and respond to challenges as your leaders define them in confidential 1:1 sessions. We've adapted this model in blue-collar, white-collar, and new-collar frontline settings. By coaching across the business, we help diagnose individual-, team-, and business-level challenges that are often unseen by any one leader - including leaders at the top. In other words: In an era where everyone seems to see and do things differently, we help bring a common reality and ethos to your organization. We're outsiders who help you zoom out. This model allows for simultaneously re-tooling structures and up-skilling leaders in high-stress, high-change environments.
