Engaging Design. SpruceLab Inc. is a planning, landscape architecture and urban design consultancy that is Indigenous and women-owned and operated, with offices in Toronto, Ontario and Edmonton, Alberta. We have expertise in community and Indigenous engagement and design, urban design, green infrastructure, public art, and industrial design. And we specialize in nature-based solutions that connect people to the land, water, and to each other, to help create resilient, healthy communities. Embodying the spirit of a lab, we offer a learning environment to co-create innovative and effective ideas for complex projects. Our vision is to contribute to a world where ecosystems are restored, and regenerative landscapes sustain all life. Our services have been engaged since 2020 by Indigenous Peoples (First Nations, consultants, artists), government, universities, developers, land-based consultants, and not-for-profits.
