We're Sprouthouse—a full-service communications agency that helps businesses grow. Our story begins in 2012, when our founder, Melany Robinson, first opened Polished Pig Media in Charleston, South Carolina. Over the years, we have had a name change and have expanded our team, geographic footprint, and offerings to reflect the shifts and growth in the marketplace. Today, we are Sprouthouse, a full-service communications agency of more than 20+ team members based in ten markets, servicing clients not only in those cities but across the country (and beyond) in many other cities we know and love.
