We saw a gap in the market for bakers to buy good quality cake decorations with no nasty ingredients (no artificial colours, no artificial flavours, no artificial sweeteners and no hydrogenated fats), in a range of quantities to suit them, whether they are a home baker, a professional home baker or an artisan baker.
