We select the best potatoes which we slice and batch cook in sunflower oil and then season them with flavours sourced from passionate producers who care about what they do as much as we do. Since 2007 we have won 42 Gold Great Taste Awards. We have been voted Best Snack Brand by the readers of Fine Food Digest three years running.

From humble beginnings… Since 2002, we have been combining brilliant ingredients, natural seasonings and an uncompromising attitude to taste to produce emphatically premium snacks from our farm in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside. We’re an unstuffy bunch who spend our time making the finest, most delicious snacks with provenance. HQ is Tyrrells Court Farm where we make all our Tyrrells potato crisps, with Tyrrells Veg made up the road in Dovefields, Staffordshire. Not only will you see Tyrrells on the shelves of all good independents and grocery retailers in the UK, we’re also available in a few other countries. 40 countries in fact, from Japan to Brazil. We even have a Tyrrells manufacturing site in Australia and Germany and soon to be the USA, so times are very exciting indeed. Hello even wrote about it. - We use the aristocracy of potatoes, Lady Rosetta, Lady Jo and Lady Claire, all grown in the rich red soil of Herefordshire. - We grow naturally occurring Red, White and Blue potatoes. We launched a limited amount for the Jubilee and sold out within a day. - We pop our delightfully tasty ‘Poshcorn’ on the farm. We use butterfly corn, named so, because the kernel grows wings when it pops. - We have a Queens Award for Enterprise for our success selling Tyrrells overseas. We’re available from 40 countries. - All our packs feature black and white images. The ladies on the front of our Lightly Sea Salted pack were photographed in 1938 doing handstands on Teignmouth beach, Devon - We hold 69 Gold Great Taste Awards.
