Springforward, Inc. is a woman-owned small business (WOSB) specializing in privacy program modernization, AI governance, and data governance for federal agencies. We support agencies in operationalizing privacy requirements within complex data and AI environments—ensuring compliance, accountability, and defensible decision-making. Our work focuses on integrating privacy into governance structures, policies, and systems to meet evolving federal mandates and mission needs. Springforward brings hands-on experience establishing and advancing privacy and data programs across federal and state environments, including the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), where our leadership served as Chief Privacy Officer. Our approach is execution-focused. We work within agency environments to assess current capabilities, design governance frameworks, and implement sustainable solutions that align with federal requirements.
